CNN is reporting the fate of "rogue trader" Jerome Kerviel who was found guilty of mistrading 50 billion Euros! Of course his defense is that he didnt mistrade the money because his managers knew and signed off on what he was doing. What do you think? is Mr. Kerviel a french scapegoat for Societe Generale?
